At Saturday night’s dinner, I noticed that you were fully engaged in each persons answers to your and Raymonds questions. I was impressed that both of you took the time to listen to their responses and even more importantly, to think a moment about your responses before you vocalized them. Your eye contact with them also displayed full engagement.
I was also struck with your insights into each persons strengths, weaknesses, and personality, as well as the specificity of your comments and suggestions. Listening to you gave me a strong feeling about your genuine desire to help people and that others opinions of the approach are meaning less when contrasted with your desire to help make a positive impact in peoples lives. I felt that your delivery was very personal and personable as a result.
